At BTS ARMY GIFT SHOP, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as you love the boys. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your apparel or accessories are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Email our help desk with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items and include the RMA slip inside the box before shipping it to our designated returns center.

Receive Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
